BB Party Box Shipping Policy

1. Order lead time:

Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to the desired delivery date to ensure timely delivery.

2. Delivery costs:

The shipping costs are a flat rate of 30 CHF per delivery in the regions where we deliver (canton: Schwyz, Zurich, Zug).

3. Delivery time:

Deliveries are made within Switzerland and are usually made between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

4. Delivery address:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We accept no responsibility for delivery delays or errors due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Receipt of delivery:

Please ensure that someone is present at the specified address to receive the order at the time of delivery.
