General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for BB Party Box

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the BB Party Box online shop in Switzerland.

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with BB Party Box 8832 Wilen near Wollerau, Switzerland.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The order will be confirmed by email immediately after the order has been sent.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These will be clearly communicated to you before completing the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within Switzerland (Canton of Schwyz and Zurich). The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days. If we are unable to deliver an ordered product, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already received.

6. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice, you agree to pay the invoice amount within 3 days of receiving the goods.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 minutes after ordering without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BB Party Box, 8832 Wilen bei Wollerau, email: office@bb-partybox.ch) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Allergies and special dietary requirements

Customers are required to inform BB Party Box of any food allergies or special dietary requirements when placing an order. BB Party Box will not be liable for any damages resulting from failure to provide such information.

11. Data protection

The data necessary for business processing will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the contract processing.

12. Final provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of BB Party Box in Switzerland.
